AnswerSorry, orders placed cannot be cancelled. You can return your order and get a refund. Please refer to RETURNS & REFUND for more details.

Question How long does delivery take? 送貨須時多久?
AnswerOrders are usually dispatched within 10-14 working days while the delivery takes 1-2 working days for local orders. For the exact delivery date and time, please contact the respective logistic company for details.

訂單一般會在 10-14個工作天內發貨,而本地訂單送貨需時1至2個工作天,但實際到貨時間請向相關物流公司查詢。

III. Return and refund 退貨及退款

Question Are the products refundable? 可以退回及更換貨品嗎?
AnswerWe do not accept returns or refunds unless the items are defective or the wrong item was sent. You may reach our customer service team at [email protected] for confirmation first and return the defective item(s) purchased online within 14 days of receipt.

The item(s) to be returned must meet below conditions:
1. Unused and undamaged with the original packing and product tag retained
2. Lingeries are not eligible for return and refund

網上購買之貨品,如發現有問題或發貨錯誤,可先聯絡我們的顧客服務團隊 [email protected] ,以確認是否可以退還貨品。經確認後,可於收到後十四日內退回,唯需符合以下條件:

1. 退回的貨品必須未經使用及無損壞,並保留原裝包裝及價錢牌
2. 私人貼身衣物,如內衣褲等,並不能退回

Question How do I return a purchased items? 如何退回網上購買之物品?
AnswerTo return, please send back the item(s) in the original packaging along with the original receipt to below address.

Question How long will it take to receive my refund? 退款需時多久?
AnswerWe will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-14 working days. Processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer’s internal procedures.
